ROBUST

ROBUST conference is the most significant meeting of statisticians organized by the Czech Statistical Society. The first year of the conference was held in 1980 and since then every second year as a summer or winter school. Initially, it was organized by the Union of Czech and Slovak Mathematicians and Physicists, later by the Union of Czech Mathematicians and Physicists with assistance of the Czech Statistical Society. One of the conferences took place in Pribylina, Slovakia, which is an evidence of cooperation between Czech and Slovak statistical societies.
